Feeling stress and the anxiety is hitting your body, just breath inhale and now exhale. Moving your body to loosen up and quiet your mind. Deep breathing has a soothing effect on central nervous system and ease the tension that you are feeling. Let us look at a few yoga move to help with the anxiety.

Plank Pose: focus on Strength, Power, Muscle Endurance
Body Parts Involved: Core, Legs, Arms, Joints
Sanskrit Name: Kumbhakasana

Locust Pose: Focus Flexibility, Mobility, Breathing, Strength
Body Parts Involved: Core, Legs, Shoulders, Chest, Butt, Arms, Back
Sanskrit Name: Salabhasana

Child’s Pose: Focus on Flexibility, Breathing
Body Part Involved: Pelvis, Legs, Shoulders, Back
Sanskrit Name: Balasana
Just remember to breathe! The sequence ends with alternate nostril breathing to balance the mind and leave you feeling relaxed and centered.
