CRUZIN WITH THE PRINCESS

It’s about that time again guess what it is! It is summer vacation and it is getting closer. Everyday my daughter Jaslene “Jazzy” will ask is it time yet, my response is, “Time for what Jazzy.” The cruise mommy, her excitement is getting bigger and bigger when I advised her that school will be closing soon and the summer will be here within a month.
Some parents take their kids to Disney. I take my princess on a cruise every summer. She has been taking cruises ever since she was one years old, and now she is six going on her fifth cruise it warms my heart to see now she has developed a love for traveling and discovering different islands.
As soon as we enter the boat the first thing she ask, mommy can I go to the hot tub and the pool? Jazzy we didn’t get our luggage yet. She just needs to wear her swimsuit to get on the boat. If she can stay in that pool and hot tub all day long she would and she can. She enjoys the all day and night fruits and ice cream bars. We always do seven to eight days, she went island hopping from Bahamas, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, St. Marten, St. Kitts, and Grand Turks her Traveling Red Suitcase passport have so many stamps in it at her young age.
It amazes me she remembers every island that she went too and what she did from the monkey on her head in St. Kitts, from the pool in Grand Turks, and the pool slide in Bahamas. She made new friends in Carnival Kiddie Care, and she remembers the teachers and every game that was played.
I am so happy that I have experienced all these cruises and adventures with my daughter from spending time in the hot tub with her, and having a captain night dinner as she dressed up in her evening wear making her feel like the princess that she is. Last but not lease she ordered her nightly dinner last year on Carnival Breezy she got to experience a musical theater showcasing Motown, and to see her dance and the look on her face was priceless.
